Research Core Facility

The Reserach Core Facility of Shanghai Immune Therapy Institute is co-managed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and its affiliated Renji Hospital. It located in a newly remodelled research building, and it has strong technical support personals and cutting-edge equipment which is worth more than 100 million yuan. The Core Facility  includes many large equipment, such as  flow cell analysis/sorting instrument,  single-cell gene expression profiling system, high-throughput single droplet library construction workstation,  light sheet scanning microscope.  It will be gradually builded into a comprehensive experimental platform with the ability of flow analysis, spectroscopic analysis, bio-imaging, animal experiments and other capabilities. It will provide advanced technology support for the researchers of the Institute.
