She serves as the Director of the Department of General Internal Medicine, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor at Fudan University Cancer Hospital. Additionally, she holds the position of Adjunct Professor at both Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is theChairperson of the Tumor Heterogeneity and Individualized Therapy Committee within the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association, and Deputy Vice President of the Oncology Branch of the Shanghai Medical Doctor Association. With over 20 years of experience in clinical oncology, her research focuses on precision diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer as well as immunotherapy for solid tumors. She has been awarded numerous honors including the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Shanghai Excellent Academic Leader, Shanghai March 8th Red Banner Hand, China Oncology Young Scientist Award, Shanghai Yishu Award (First Prize), Shanghai Pujiang Talent, Shanghai Youth Technical Expert, Shanghai Xinglin Yucai Award, and Shanghai Medical Craftsman. In recent years, she has published over 40 research papers in journals such as Cell Res, Cancer Discov, Nat Cell Biol, Sci Adv, Nat Commun, Biomaterials, and PNAS. She has also filed 11 invention patents, including 1 PCT patent, and has led and initiated numerous domestic and international multicenter clinical trials. Her team has been recognized and selected for various prestigious programs, including the National Clinical Key Specialty for Oncology, the National Breast Cancer Comprehensive Diagnosis and Treatment Demonstration Center (first batch), and the "Clinical Research Innovation Team" and "Strategic Core Team" of Shanghai High-level Local Colleges and Universities.
