Chairman of the Reproductive Medicine Branch of Shanghai Medical Association, director of the Quality Control Center for Human Assisted Reproductive Technology in Shanghai, director of the Shanghai Branch of the National Clinical Research Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology, member of the National Expert Group for Quality Management of Assisted Reproductive Technology, member of the Reproductive Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and member of the Aspire Research Committee. She has long been engaged in basic and clinical research in reproductive medicine, with main research directions including the pathogenesis of female reproductive disorders, regulation mechanism of embryo implantation, reproductive genetics, and prevention and control of birth defects. In the past five years, she has presided over 15 research projects, including 6 national-level projects such as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and subprojects of key special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. As the first or corresponding author, she has published more than 50 SCI papers in international top journals such as NEJM, Lancet, and PNAS. She has applied for 6 national invention patents.
