Currently serving as the Director of Shanghai Cancer Institute, the Director of General Surgery and Pancreatobiliary Surgery at Renji Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Director of Shanghai Institute of Biliary Tract Disease, and the Deputy Director of State Key Laboratory of Cancer Genes and Related Genes, Professor Liu Yingbin is a specially-appointed professor of Cheung Kong Scholars Program of the Ministry of Education, an expert selected for the National "Millions of Talents Program", an outstanding expert with contributions from the National Health Commission, a recipient of the National May 1st Labor Medal, a Shanghai Craftsman, a Scientific and Technological Elite of Shanghai, a Leading Talent of Shanghai, an outstanding academic leader of Shanghai, and a foreign member of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
